The Impact national conference is rooted in our mission to inspire, equip and mobilize people of African descent to grow in their relationship with Christ and impact their communities. As a rallying point for college students, high school students, and young professionals committed to the mission of The Impact Movement, the conference serves to encourage, energize, and mobilize.

We started our journey with Impact ’91, our first national conference in Atlanta, and some of the speakers and staff members who were with us back then are still living out the Impact vision to this day. Dynamic speakers, powerful worship through music, seminars and outreach to the local community just scratch the surface.

Participants can expect to be equipped to embody a healthy ethnic identity, serve as agents of justice who are willing to share their faith, and prepare to live as conduits of hope on their campus, in their families, in the community, and throughout the world.
