QUESTION: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE FEE?
Answer: The conference fee covers your five-night lodging at the hotel, materials and all conference costs. You are responsible for your conference travel, hotel parking, food, and spending money.
QUESTION: IS THE DEPOSIT AN EXTRA COST?
Answer: No. The deposit of $75 is not an extra cost. It is included in your total cost. Once you have paid your deposit, you are considered registered for the conference. We strongly encourage you to pay your $75 deposit as soon as possible as ballroom space and guest rooms are limited.
If you are registering for the Fools4Christ promotion, the $75 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you register during the early bird or regular registration, the $75 deposit is non-refundable, but fully transferable. The deposit can be transferred to another person’s registration deposit.
QUESTION: WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?
Answer: If you’re taking advantage of the Fools4Christ promotion, then the balance of $184 is due by July 30th. If the balance is not received by July 30th, then your balance will be $234 due on or before December 27th.
If you are an early bird, the balance of $234 is due on or before December 27th and if you are registering regularly, the balance of $284 is also due on or before December 27th.
QUESTION: CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?
Answer: We have a no refund policy.
Why? Because I know, from personal experience, how easy it can be to second-guess your instincts and say, “Oh, no, I don’t reeeeally need to do this” or “Ugh, my cousins will be in town and I want to hangout with them” or “life is just so busy! Oops! Changed my mind!”
We want you to see this conference not simply as a conference in ATL, which by the way it will be pretty awesome, but we want you to see your attending this conference as an investment in your spiritual growth and development. This is a small deposit on an eternal investment that will bear much fruit, not just in your life, but in the lives of those around you.
If there is a circumstance beyond your control that will prevent you from attending, then we will allow you to transfer your payments to another brother or sister who can benefit from Impact18. However, since the Fools4Christ promotion is significantly reduced, the $75 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
This may sound like “tough love,” but trust me, you will thank us creating this space for you to meet God. Above all, we want you to say “yes” to the spiritual experiences that you really want in life — and show up. Show up, enter in to our time together, and be amazed by what God has awaiting you. You will not regret your decision.
QUESTION: What is transferable?
Answer: In the event that you are unable to attend Impact ‘18, and you registered after the Fools4Christ promotion (after May 1st), then you may transfer your registration deposit (or total balance) to any person who has not paid any conference fees. This transfer does not apply to existing, paid registrants.
QUESTION: HOW DO I TRANSFER FEES TO ANOTHER PERSON?
Answer: Select "Contact Us" from the menu bar. Submit your full name, and the first & last name, email and phone number of the individual whom you wish to transfer the deposit. Please be sure that the person has entered their registration info and qualifies for the transfer. If you register during the early bird or regular registration, you may also transfer your full payment to an individual or multiple persons. In this case please identify the amount you want each person to have.

QUESTION: HOW DO I RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM?
Answer: Your registration will reserve your hotel room for the conference. Please do not contact the hotel or use their website to reserve a room. Any attempt to make other arrangements through the hotel will significantly increase your conference cost.
QUESTION: Where do i park my car?
Answer: You may park your car at the hotel. You will receive $5 off parking.
QUESTION: WHAT DO I DO WITH ANY CHECKS THAT I RECEIVE FROM FUNDRAISING?
Answer: If you have received checks from your fundraising efforts to attend this event, then please register and select "Check" as your payment method. Print your confirmation page and send it along with your checks made payable to "The Impact Movement" to the following address. PLEASE Do not include checks that you have collected for a seat on a bus. Give them to your transportation coordinator.
